Cook Electric has it’s own scissors lifts, hydraulic conduit benders, wire pulling equipment, etc. for efficiency and safety of our production.

COMMERCIAL – WAREHOUSE AND RETAIL COMPLEXES
Developers of commercial complexes expect a lot of their electrical contractor, beginning with design and planning help. Cook Electric’s project management staff has valuable expertise in this area.
For projects that are already designed electrically, we can assist in “Value Engineering” the job by making changes in:
- Wiring
- Conductor Types
- Light fixture selection
- Electric service layout
Once the site work begins, we are capable of installing the duct banks, transformer pads, site pole lighting. etc.
The building shell wiring is next and usually consists of the installation of the main service, conduit sub feeders to tenant spaces and HVAC wiring.
